For a House rental (only), you will have the possibility to take the cleaning option or to do the complete cleaning yourself at no charge. Even if you take the cleaning option, we'll ask you to do the minimum: take out the rubbish, empty the fridge of all food, fold the blankets and take the sheets and towels down to the ground floor. The price for the cleaning option varies according to the size of your rental (100€, 200€, 300€), this option can be chosen at the time of booking or at the latest 14 days before your arrival, it will not be possible to choose it afterwards. If you decide to do your own cleaning, you'll need to return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to the deposit. An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on arrival and departure. For each house reservation, a deposit must be paid at check-in on the day of arrival, the cost of which varies according to the size of your accommodation (550€, 650€, 900€) by credit card. The security deposit will be returned, within a maximum of 8 days after departure, after deduction, where applicable, of the sums covering damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture. If the deposit is insufficient, the customer agrees to make up the difference, on the basis of supporting documents provided by the owner. In the event of disproportionate damage, the damage will be assessed by report and will be followed by compensation by the customer, without delay for recourse to insurance. Please note only one pet per accommodation will be accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
