General Terms & Conditions Our rates are taxes inclusive (VAT 5%) at the exception of the city tax which has to be paid locally, directly by the client to the guesthouse upon Check Out Approx. 50 CFP (0,42 €) to 100 CFP (0,83 €) per night & Adult from 12years old, depending on island and/or city of residence. Should the level of taxes be modified, we shall reserve the right to amend all rates accordingly. All the below rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any restrictive diets, special physical conditions, arrival/departure outside of regular Check In and Check Out hours must be communicated to us before the reservation is made, and are subject to the approval of the establishment. Roundtrip transfers to/from Guest Houses are COMPULSORY. We book those Transfers at the condition that Accommodation is also reserved through our services. Indicated transfer Rates are valid for ONE WAY transfers related to Regular Arriving/Departing flights & boats (unless otherwise mentioned). Other cases require special quotation. Unless otherwise mentioned, transfer limited to 2 bags x 23kg & 1 carry-on per person. A surcharge should be charged for passengers traveling with more luggage or large bags (surf, diving gear etc...). Infants & Children policy : Infants & Children must share accommodation with at least one Adult. Age & conditions vary from a guest house to another. Please note that meals are never provided for Infants. Cancellation policy applies for any full or partial cancellation. Partial cancellation means a reduction in the length of stay, or a change dates, or a reduction in the number of persons or rooms. Free WIFI in the whole property No special equipment for kids. The restaurant is located mountainside in height, with a tasty menu based on local fresh products. Continental breakfast served at 08h00: bread, fresh fruits, fruit juice, hot drinks, butter jams. Dinner served at 19h00: 3 courses set menu with water & half bottle of house wine per couple. On reservation, take away available for lunch.
