The Chalets, Standard Double Rooms and Riviera Mobile Homes are equipped with air conditioning running on a modern card system. Use is optional and is at an extra cost of EUR 40.00 for 24 non-continuous hours of operation. The service can be purchased either at the time of booking or directly at the accommodation and is non-refundable. Deposit Mandatory accommodation (350.00 with cheque or credit card as guarantee. Cash or rechargeable credit cards are not accepted). Management reserves the right to deduct the cost of any breakages/shortages ascertained to be the responsibility of the guest For guests with an accompanying pet, final cleaning has a fixed cost of EUR 50.00 per stay. Small and medium sized animals (max. 20 KG) are only allowed in Chalet and Standard Double Rooms . Pets will be charged the daily rate according to the rate bands. It is compulsory to communicate its presence at the time of booking confirmation. On departure, guests must leave the kitchenette clean. Failure to clean it will result in a charge of € 50.00. OPENING TIMES AND SERVICE OPENINGS (INDICATIVE, SUBJECT TO CHANGE) The opening of the bar-restaurant/pizzeria is at the Management's discretion. Restaurant I Velieri and Pizzeria open from June/September Bar opening:/Market 18/05 - 15/10 Pool opening: 01/06 - 15/10 (swimming cap compulsory) Pool opening times: 09:00 - 20:00 Check in : from H 17:30 Check out : by H 9 :00. Late Check Out max until h 16:00 (if possible and to be requested on site) + 70% daily accommodation rate **Beach Service - available from July, (if possible even earlier) until campsite closure. Service against payment. Possible daily rental or for the duration of the stay. The installation of the sea point is subject to an annual concession. Therefore, until the renewal process is concluded, and in view of the difficulties encountered in 2016, we cannot give any certainty regarding installation times. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
