Neighborly Respect: Parties and noise disturbances are forbidden, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Tobacco and Drugs: Smoking and consuming illegal substances are strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be applied for non-compliance. Pets: Pets are not allowed, with exceptions requiring prior approval and a supplementary fee. Used Linens and Trash: It is forbidden to eat or drink in bed. All trash must be disposed of in the designated area before departure. Bins must be thrown away in the dedicated communal bins of the building. Any soiled linen, such as that with food or blood stains, will be charged at the cost of new linen, as will any stolen linen.
